Returns -

If the items you have ordered are not what you were looking for it's no problem to return your good. You can always send back your order (or a part of it) within 14 days.

To make your return easier for both of us there are a few simple rules:

You must send the items back within 14 days.
The costs for shipping will be for your own account if you didn't pay any shipping costs.
Please add a note with your ordernumber. Otherwise we might be unable to trace it back to your account.
The items must be undamaged and unused.
We will not accept shipment without proper postage.
The risk of delivery will be for your account.

As soon as we have received your items back we will refund the invoice to your. Please read the important notes below:

Refund will be given within 30 days.
If there's a problem with your return we will contact you by email.
If you have payed shipping costs for your order we will refund them to you. This way you always pay for shipping once.
