Ordering at Dutch Ties is very simple

To order you will have to register an account. You can do this at the beginning or the end of the order process. When you log in on your account you can track the process of your order and view your previous orders. bekijken.

ACCOUNT

We need some information so we can send you your order:

Gender
Full name
Streetname and number
Zipcode and place
Emailadress

Optional you can also provide:

Company name
Phonenumber
Faxnumber
Mobile phonenumber

If you do not wish to receive any newsletters please deactivate the newsletter option.

Your emailadress is also your username. This way you can view your accountdetails or orders at any time you would like.

You can register your account at any time of your visit at our store by clicking "Account" on the left side of the menu.

CHANGE YOUR ACCOUNT DETAILS

You can easily change the details of your account. First you will have to log on. Next to the tab "Orders" you can see the tab "Accountsummary". Here you can change (most) details. The only details you can't change yourself is your email adress.

Because your emailadress is also your username you can contact us if you wish to change it. We will change it as soon as we can. Your password will not change if we change your emailadress.

YOUR SHOPPINGCART

We have made it at easy as possible to view, pick and place our items in your shoppingcart.

If you find an item you would like to see more details of you just click "more information". You will enter the productdetails of the items and find, if available, more pictures of the product.

If you want to order the product of your choice you simply click "Order". If you need multiple items of the same product you can change the amount in your shoppingcart. Do not forget to update your shoppingcart after adjusting the amount.

SHIPPING ADRESS

It is no problem to send your order to an adress which is not your account adress. This way you can easily order gifts and have them directly to the receiver of the gift. We never pack an invoice in the package so this option is perfect to surprise your friends or family with a beautiful Dutch Ties item.

INVOICE

You will receive a digital invoice (pdf) after you have finished your order.
